Payment Options
Cheque Return Fee: In the event of a cheque returned from the bank, a fee of AED 500/- will be levied against each cheque return, for any reason.
Late Payment Fee: Should the student not honor the payment date of an installment, the student will be liable to pay a late fee of AED 250/- in addition to the fee.
Debt Management Procedure: Should the student not honor their installment payment, the student will be liable to make full payment of that installment within seven (7) days of the notice sent via their registered email address. After seven (7) days of the notice, if the student has not honored the payment, the institution will advise them to discontinue their studies, and the student will be required to re-enroll as a new student.
Admission: Abode Training Institute (ATI) does not discriminate based on age, race, religion, color, national origin, sex, or disability in its activities, programs, or employment practices.
Refund Policies: Students wishing to withdraw from the program must follow this procedure:
- The intention must be made by writing to the Institute Manager.

Refund of fees (registration fees not included) will be made as follows:
- 14 days before the start of the program – 100%
- 7 days from the start date of the program – 75%
- 14 days from the start date of the program – 50%
- The registration fee of AED 250.00 is non-refundable. The cost of study materials, books, and e-books is non-refundable. Cost of books varies by program.
- All approved refunds will be issued exclusively by cheque, regardless of the original payment method. The refund cheque will be provided to the student in person. Please allow 2–4 weeks for processing. ATI reserves the right to verify the identity of the requester before processing any refund.
Communication Process: ATI keeps in touch with students via email or text messages. Students must check their email and messages regularly and complete all requirements related to the program, assessments, and examinations. Students must keep their email account active and notify ATI of any changes.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with ATI shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the U.A.E.
Declaration: I hereby declare that the information provided in this application form is valid. I confirm that I will follow all the rules and regulations of ATI, now in force and those to be made enforceable from time to time. I understand that the institution may expel or cancel my admission in cases of misrepresentation or omission of facts. I have read and agree to the terms on each page and every updated copy.
